Canadian neutron user Alejandro Marangoni’s research on chocolate is helping to find a route to more efficient chocolate tempering.
Using neutron scattering, Dr. Stuart Castillo and his team from the University of Windsor have managed to pinpoint nanoscale mitochondrial differences between healthy and cancerous cells.
